Our position
Peaceoda respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement under the DMCA and similar laws.
Submitting a notice
To report infringement, email copyright@peaceoda.com with: (1) your contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the allegedly infringing content; (4) a statement of good-faith belief; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you're authorised to act; (6) your electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
