Peaceoda is a global education, community, and creator platform. This policy explains how we process information when you use our website, mobile experiences, and services (collectively, the "Services").

• Account data: name, email, username, password hash, profile details you add.
• Content: posts, comments, messages, courses, lessons, media, and reactions you create.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device, browser, IP, approximate location, and timestamps.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe and other payment processors; we never store your full card details.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
• Personalise learning, recommendations, and community discovery.
• Process payments, subscriptions, payouts, and entitlements.
• Send transactional, safety, and (with consent) marketing communications.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our policies.

We rely on contract performance (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (to keep the platform safe and improve it), consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (tax, anti-fraud).

We share data with trusted processors (hosting, analytics, payments, email, AI providers) under data-protection agreements, and with authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal data.

Peaceoda operates globally. Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion to meet legal, accounting, and safety obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

You may access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@peaceoda.com to exercise these rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We remove accounts that violate this.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and enable any available 2FA.

We'll notify you of material changes via the product or email. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
