By creating an account or using Peaceoda you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding contract.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Peaceoda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services.

Paid courses, subscriptions, Peaceoda AI Credits, and creator payouts are governed by our Payment & Subscription Policy and Refund Policy. Creators are responsible for delivering what they advertise and for their own taxes.

You will not violate any law, our Acceptable Use Policy, or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.

The Peaceoda brand, software, and content we create remain our property. See our Copyright Policy for takedown procedures.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect users.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peaceoda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a mandatory local law applies to you as a consumer.
