Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for a paid course within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Refund requests outside this window are reviewed case-by-case.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Billing & Membership; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months unless required by local law.

Peaceoda AI Credit purchases are consumable and generally non-refundable once any credits have been used. Unused balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

If a refund is granted after a creator has been paid out, the equivalent amount is reversed from future earnings. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Email support@peaceoda.com from the email on your account with your order reference. We respond within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
